Who is Trade Warehouse NZ?

We are 100% New Zealand owned. Our customer service team of Kiwis are based in Auckland. Our team can help you personally with any queries you may have.

We bring a wide range of products at the best prices from the best suppliers from all over the world. 

How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping is mostly FREE to anywhere in New Zealand. Some items require a small shipping charge, however the majority of our range can be shipped to you for FREE!

How long does delivery take?

Some items within our range are dispatched to you directly from overseas warehouses, this allows us to offer you the best price on your product. We aim to have these items delivered within 20 business days. However, some items may take up to 30 business days to arrive - please carefully consider this when purchasing from Trade Warehouse NZ. We explicitly state the estimated delivery time frame for these products in the description.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! You can track your order with us from origin warehouse right to your door.
What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time?
If your item hasn’t arrived once it approaches the 30th business day, please get in touch with us via email. Our customer service team can investigate your order further and provide more information.

Can I return an item?

If you receive any product that you are unhappy with, simply, return it to our Auckland depot within 30 days of delivery, in the condition that you received it and we will happily refund you.*

Yes, all our items are new and unused.

All emails, questions & queries will be answered between Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm NZT. We try and respond to emails as soon as possible. We endeavour to reply to all emails but in the event that you have not received a response within 3 working days please check your junk box, spam & pop-up filters.

We have made every reasonable effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. The equipment you use to view our products may impact on the display. We do not guarantee that the colour, texture or detail of the product shown on your screen will accurately reflect the actual product.
